Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of NoirLiberte and governs the shipping and delivery of any products purchased through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship orders exclusively to the following regions:
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- Germany
- France
- Austria
- Czech Republic
- Greece
- Romania
- Cyprus
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these areas. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future at our discretion.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of high order volumes, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times, excluding processing, are as follows:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 2-5 business days
- Australia: 3-6 business days
- United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
- Germany: 1-2 Business days
- Czech Republic: 1-2 Business days
- France: 5-8 Business days
- Austria: 5-8 Business days
- Romania: 5-8 business days
- Greece: 5-8 Business days
- Cyprus: 5-8 Business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, shipping costs are included in the total product price. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipment is dispatched.
6. Risk of Loss and Title
All products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) origin. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. NoirLiberte is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been transferred to the carrier.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment may be arranged at your expense.
8. Delivery Delays
NoirLiberte shall not be liable for any delays in shipment or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
